It is the policy of the State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education (SBTCE) to employ all full time equivalent (FTE) classified and unclassified personnel in accordance with the South Carolina Department of Administration’s Division of State Human Resources (DSHR) regulations and guidelines and the SBTCE’s compensation procedures governing classified and unclassified personnel.
