It is the policy of Florence-Darlington Technical College to employ methods as outlined in the accompanying procedures to ensure that faculty members whose first language is other than English possess adequate proficiency in writing and speaking the English language. Further, provisions will be made for grievance procedures for students regarding the English fluency of an instructor.
